Overview
We are hiring for a Finance Manager on our Gallagher Bassett Team!
How you'll make an impact
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the development and preparation of annual operating budgets
- Build and refine forecasting models to assess financial performance and support business planning
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial outcomes
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Lead financial analysis projects tied to investments, divestitures, and overall market conditions
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Financial and Budget Analysts as well as support staff
- Act as a resource during high-volume periods, helping the team meet critical deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and alignment across financial data
- Manage a team of 2-3 strong, technical financial analysts dedicated to understanding the complex contractual relationships with our clients and ensuring the service fee billing process follows these terms appropriately
Business Insight & Tools:
- Leverage financial systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain strong working knowledge of insurance brokerage operations to provide relevant, data-driven recommendations
- Support special projects and executive-level presentations with clear, concise financial storytelling

About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
Preferred:
- Good working knowledge of the insurance brokerage business
- Strong PC and Microsoft application skills
- Insurance or TPA (Third Party Administrator) background preferred
- Understanding of Banking, Billing and Accounts Receivable processes
- Bachelor’s degree, with preference in analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Math, or Economics
- MBA or related advanced degree a plus
