GCoE supports the Gallagher team around the globe and around the clock by providing a wide range of services, from back office & administrative services to knowledge intensive & niche services. It's a crucial component of Gallagher's ability to provide industry-leading quality, customer service, regulatory compliance and improved speed to market. Parivartana – Our Parivartana initiative, young aspirants from tier two city colleges are mentored by experts handpicked from the industry. Building a bridge between the corporate, colleges and the students, the Parivartana initiative equips students with crucial expertise like communication skills, corporate etiquette and time management as they start their careers.

Donation Drives – We raise awareness and fund raise for a variety of causes that make a difference within our communities.

Across our company we offer continuing education opportunities and tuition reimbursement. We offer:

New Hire & Process Training – imparting fundamental domain knowledge & process knowledge to new hires that would enable them to do their work better & meet all required KRA’s & performance criteria.

Organizational Development – building of competencies, attitudes & harnessing employee potential for professional growth.

Knowledge Management – enabling employees to take up exams with different certifying institutes to gain further depth in the core Insurance domain.

Content Development – developing online learning material, thereby making quality content accessible for the GCoE employees.
